Naudio AB (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Naudio app (the “Service”).

Naudio is a digital subscription service that gives you (hereafter “You” or “the user” in any form) access to literary content and the possibility to generate Your own content using Your mobile phone, tablet or other equipment (“the service”) in accordance with the terms and condition, this privacy policy and any other additional terms of use that regulates Your usage of a specific subscription from Naudio. The service is provided by Naudio AB, company registration number 559181-9965, (“Naudio” or “we” in any form).

This page informs You of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when You use our Service and the choices You have associated with that data.

Naudio AB is data controller for the processing of Your personal information that is carried out by Naudio. You have the right to contact Naudio AB for questions regarding for example privacy.

5. Retention of personal information and data

Naudio AB will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain Your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.Personal information and data are both subject to back-up in order for Naudio to be able to provide and maintain the service, currently back-ups are saved for a time period of 3 months. Naudio AB will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

6. Transfer of personal information and data

Your information is stored on servers in Sweden and backed up on servers within the EU. Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction.If you are located outside Sweden and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Sweden and process it there. Your personal information will be shared with Naudio AB’s partner for application development Hand Over Your Multimedia AB. Furthermore, Your personal information and data may be shared with partners, vendors and other third parties in order for Naudio AB to fulfill its obligations to a user. Naudio may also share Your personal information and data to companies that process the information on behalf of Naudio, for example IT suppliers, customer service and support companies and affiliates.

Business Transaction

If Naudio AB is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Disclosure for Law Enforcement

Under certain circumstances, Naudio AB may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

Firebase is a mobile and web application development platform provided by Google Inc. “Google” that tracks and reports application usage and traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. If significant changes are made to this privacy policy which result in for users the changes will be communicated to the affected user through notifications in the service, via email, via SMS or a push notification. In some cases Your expressed consent will be requested and in such cases Your continued usage of the service will count as Your consent. If You would like to discontinue using the service because of any such changes immediately cancel Your subscription of the service and stop using the service.
